Job Title: Patron Services Coordinator

Reports to: Manager, Patron Services
Status: Full-time, Non-Exempt
Principal Responsibilities:
- Maintain the Tessitura Database to uphold organizational data standards. Merge constituent records daily to alleviate duplication. Update patron communications preferences as needed (do not call, do not mail, etc.) Edit constituent records for proper address formatting.
- Assist with monitoring the daily WEB sales to reduce the risk of potential chargebacks.
- Assist with managing show-time box office once a month.
- Assist with managing Front of House as needed, as well as lending support during performances that include high-volume merchandise sales.
- Support sales initiatives in-hall as needed as well as Patron touch points for subscriber events.
- Process subscription, single ticket orders, and exchanges as needed.
- Ensure completion of all transactions up to and including subscription sales, information screens, and mailing of tickets in an accurate manner.
- Engage successfully in cross-selling, up-selling, and donation asks.
- Assist with answering in-bound Patron Services calls (especially in busy times).
- Perform additional duties as required by the Houston Symphony.
