Assistant Manager Responsibilities include:
- Providing excellent customer experiences
- Assisting store manager with various daily tasks on site
- Manage site in absence of store manager
- Complete management paperwork accurately
- Oversee training of cashiers
- Writing, receiving, and stocking orders for site
- Oversee employees on shift
- Act as a communicator between cashiers and management team
- Critical inventory counts
- Follow and enforce company's policies and procedures
