- Drive Non-Union Culture: Proactively engage with employees and management to maintain an open, collaborative, and supportive environment, emphasizing communication and shared goals.
- Employee Relations & Engagement: Partner with leaders and team members to address workplace issues, provide conflict resolution, and support an open-door policy that keeps our people feeling valued.
- Policy Development: Work hand-in-hand with the HR Manager to design and implement policies that reflect our values and support a high-performing, non-union workplace.
- Talent Development: Lead training programs for our HR Assistants, helping them grow into strong, capable HR professionals.
- Strategic Partnering: Be a go-to advisor for managers, offering direction on performance management, employee engagement strategies, and workplace best practices.
