As the Assistant Office Manager, you will be a part of a well-established environment where you can work independently and systematically on daily tasks, seeing them through to completion. You’ll support multiple departments and provide client customer service across various industries.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Supports the front office daily activities
  • Works closely with the Office Manager
  • Assists with purchasing
  • Executes the necessary administrative office activities
  • Interfaces with customers, vendors and employees

 

Qualifications

Job Duties Include

  • Purchasing
      • Assist with purchase order entries
      • Assist with any required changes
  • Data Entry
  • Purchase order filing and invoice management 
      • Review for order completion
      • Ensure multiple PO’s for single job are accounted for
  • Customer order entry 
      • Order information
      • Job information
  • Main line phone management 
  • File management 
  • Administrative and Office support 

Job Qualifications

  • Highschool diploma/GED 
  • Experience 1-2 years in applicable role
  • Microsoft 360 proficient is required
  • Experience with accounting software such as Traverse, preferred but not required
  • Experience with job costing/tracking software such as JobBoss, preferred but not required
