The Management opportunity is designed to coach and develop the next generation of leaders at Assistance Home Care. You will have full responsibility for managing the schedule for your clients and staff, responsible for driving growth by executing on a proven marketing plan and best practices, promoting and educating the community and potential families in need about our service offerings while ensuring the overall wellbeing of our clients and their families we serve, and you will be responsible to employee engagement and retention while developing your leadership skills.

Assistance Home Care is a home care company which provides non-medical services, that are intended to assist clients with activities of daily living. We focus on clients with memory loss, movement disorders, and mobility challenges.

 

Job Qualifications

  • 4 year college degree or equivalent.
  • Prior work experience demonstrating growth in areas of responsibility and promotions
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 55 lbs. & willing to learn the responsibilities of our Care Professionals.
  • Meet the following bonified qualifications for employment:
  • Have Valid Driver's license, Active Auto Insurance and reliable transportation
  • Pass a drug screening
  • Pass an extensive background check and Family Care Safety Registry.

 

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

  • Establish and maintain client records for prospective and existing clients.
  • Compliance of onboarding process with new clients & Care Professionals.

  • Generate regular stream of new business by providing stellar customer service, develop and maintain community relationships through existing and new referral sources
