EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university or a minimum of three years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Previous experience with computerized database development and reporting. Previous experience with training program and materials development. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to manage projects by setting goals and objectives along timelines.
Understand the organizational dynamics, company culture, personal development, risk management and succession, especially as related to training impacts.
Ability to conduct a Training Needs Assessment, to track and monitor ongoing training, and to evaluate training data, to determine training effectiveness.
Ability to give and receive feedback in a kind and constructive manner.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Gaming license issued by the Paskenta Tribal Gaming Commission.
