Qualifications

Position Profile

The Production Control Coordinator will coordinate and expedite the flow of work and materials within or between departments of an establishment according to production schedule. Duties include reviewing and distributing production, work, and shipment

schedules; conferring with department supervisors to determine progress of work and completion dates; and compiling reports on progress of work, and production problems.

 

 

Knowledge & Experience

  • 2 or more years experience using ERP system.
  • Ability to speak, read, and writes English fluently.
  • Above average computer skills.
  • Above average communication skills.
  • Ability to attain a high degree of knowledge of BEGA inventory parts. (3-6 months normal learning period)
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Strong human relations skills and work ethics.

 

 

What you’ll do

  • Inventory is being verified accurately and orders are being released and closed when appropriate.
  • Discrepancies on WO’s are being corrected in a timely manner
  • Maintains a cooperative and effective working relationship with co-workers.
  • Communicates effectively and professionally with all levels of management.
  • Demonstrates a positive attitude when working with co-workers.

 

Position Dimensions

  • Releases and closes approximately 300-400 manufacturing orders per week.
  • Daily meetings
  • KPI update / tracking
