Description

Affinity Home Care, located within beautiful Laurel Parc at Bethany Village (just north of the Beaverton/Hillsboro area) seeks a Client Care Coordinator to join the Affinity Home Care team! This position will provide support and quality care to independent clients at their apartment residences within Laurel Parc who require assistance with activities of daily living, light housekeeping, and companionship. Similar experience preferred but not required.

Main Responsibilities

  • Act as Lead for Caregiver Team; assist with training & answering questions.
  • Serve as backup for staffing, scheduling and covering shifts.
  • Review paperwork & perform charting
  • Organize Affinity office & files
  • Help to ensure following of state requirements and other compliance.
  • Prepare for audits.

Other duties as assigned by the Client Services Director

 

Shift: Full-Time

Pay: $26.50 - $27.00 per hour

Schedule: Friday-Monday 8:00am-5:00pm and on-call

Qualifications

Language Requirement

All team members must have the basic ability to use computer/smart phone applications for training and company system purposes. Employees must also be able to comprehend written documents such as work orders, safety rules, instructions, policies, and procedures. Also required is the ability of employees to speak and communicate effectively with clients, coworkers and management.   

Qualifications

  • Two years Caregiving experience
  • Able to work weekends
