Responsibilities & Duties
· Create and maintain job postings
· Identify and develop advertising opportunities
· Develop on site job fairs & attend off site job fairs
· Onboarding new employees
· Troubleshoot & help to resolve employee questions
Minimum Requirements
· 1-2 years recruiting, preferably in a light industrial environment
· Working knowledge of general state & federal HR laws including but not limited to ADA, discrimination, FMLA, PFML, DOL
· Proficiency with Microsoft office suite required
· Experience with Paycom platform preferred
· Must be able to maintain confidentiality of employee information & data
· Bilingual, English/Spanish helpful
