Marketing & Brand Development Manager

Job Details

Bigfoot Beverages Eugene - Eugene, OR
Full Time
Marketing

What does a Marketing & Brand Development Manager do?

At Bigfoot Beverages, we’re more than a distribution company. We’re brand builders, community connectors, and proud stewards of 200+ beverage brands (think: Pepsi, Mountain Dew, Rockstar, Bubly, and a sea of local craft beers, ciders, and seltzers). We’re looking for a Marketing & Brand Development Manager to help us take these brands further—across shelves, sponsorships, events, and entire communities.

This is your opportunity to take national campaigns and give them a hyper-local heartbeat. If you're equal parts strategic thinker, promotional planner, community cheerleader, and creative leader—you might just be our missing link.

What "doing it right" looks like for our Marketing & Brand Development Manager?

  • Put brands on the map. Take our brand's national promos and turn them into localized campaigns that pop across stores, events, and billboards.

  • Lead our Art Department. Oversee a high-performing team of creatives who turn vision into visuals—on everything from shelf talkers to semi-trailers.

  • Plan promotions with punch. Own point-of-sale strategies, support product launches, and make sure our sales team is always armed with what they need.

  • Drive trial + buzz. Strategize how new brands show up in the market and how we get products into the hands (and hearts) of consumers.

  • Analyze + optimize. Monitor marketing spend, look for missed opportunities, and make data-backed decisions that actually move the needle.

  • Be a community connector. Build relationships with local partners, sponsor events, and represent Bigfoot with energy, integrity, and initiative.

What are we looking for?

You Might Be the One If…

  • You’ve managed a marketing team (or creative team) and you get how to lead without stifling creativity.

  • You have experience in marketing strategy, brand campaigns, or community events (bonus points if it’s in food, beverage, or CPG).

  • You’re not afraid of spreadsheets or creative briefs—you play in both worlds.

  • You can drive a campaign, a conversation, or a cargo van (yep, sometimes we show up and show out at events).

  • You love the idea of partnering with iconic brands and making an impact in local Oregon communities.

What we need from you:

  • A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
(Or equivalent work experience that proves you know how to build a campaign and a brand)

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, brand development, or promotions

  • Leadership experience, especially managing a creative or marketing team

  • Strong project management chops—you can juggle events, ad deadlines, and last-minute requests without losing your cool

  • Excellent written and verbal communication (bonus if you're a persuasive storyteller)

  • Comfort working across departments—from sales to art to operations, you’re a connector

It'd be great if you had some:

  • Experience in the beverage industry (CPG experience also a plus!)

  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools or social media campaign management

  • Familiarity with the creative production process (working with designers, printers, or ad agencies)

  • Experience coordinating local promotions, sponsorships, or brand activations

  • A well-trained eye for marketing KPIs, ROI, and spotting a killer co-branding opportunity

Location + Travel:

You’ll be based in Eugene, Oregon; one way this role is old school, we're an in-office company. Luckily for you, those offices are located in some great communities throughout Oregon! You’ll also hit the road to visit our teams and markets in Bend, Roseburg, Newport, and Coos Bay. Events, store visits, and some evening/weekend work come with the territory—bring your enthusiasm (and maybe a playlist).

As a member of our team, you'll also need to:

Employee must meet company standards for driving a company vehicle, pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Change is the only constant:
