Center Independent Oil Stores or Sweet Pea's is currently hiring for a Floating Manager! The ideal candidate should have previous c-store management experience, food-service experience and reliable transportation with a valid driver's license.

Floating Manager responsibilities include:
- Travel to several sites for training in food-service, beer/wine, and car washes
- Oversee a site in absence of Store Manager
- Maintain site to company's expectations
- Learn to Interview, hire, coach and terminate employees
- Learn to oversee the training of all employees
- Use leadership skills to build and maintain a team
- Writing, receiving and stocking orders at different sites
- Inventory Management
- Adhere to, train and enforce the company’s policies and procedures
