Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in data science, statistics, information systems, public administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience working with large datasets, reporting, and database systems.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
- Experience working with CRM systems, SQL databases, or cloud-based data platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to synthesize data into meaningful insights and reports.
- Familiarity with U.S. federal data security and privacy requirements (e.g., FERPA, FISMA).
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and accuracy.
Preferred:
- Experience working on federally funded programs or with U.S. Department of State exchange programs.
- Familiarity with education abroad or international scholarship datasets.
- Experience supporting or conducting program evaluation or performance monitoring.
- Knowledge of programming languages for data analysis (e.g., Python, R, or SQL).
- Ability to present data to both technical and non-technical audiences clearly and concisely.
