Position Objective:
The Kidder Creek Concierge works alongside the Program Manager and Office staff of KC providing leadership and oversight for assigned areas of responsibility, ensuring the effective execution of our mission to bring our guests into a natural adventure that allows them to encounter Jesus in life-transforming ways in a manner consistent with the mission, vision, values and statement of beliefs of MHA.
General Qualifications:
A mature follower of Jesus, still growing and developing in their faith, yet still able to disciple and mentor others in their faith. Fully in accord with Mount Hermon Association, Inc.’s (“MHA”) mission, vision, values and statement of beliefs. Committed to living these out personally, and instilling them in the organization. Of strong moral character and integrity.
Key Job Accountabilities:
- Work alongside the office staff as well as the program manager in the morning hours to help finish tasks as assigned. These include greeting guests, mail delivery, clean guest housing, assist with counselor packet information and process lost and found items.
- Oversee the snack shack and ensure all items are being sold correctly and keep that area clean and stocked, working with the food manager to provide inventory.
- Perform administrative duties assigned by the program manager.
- Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
