Position Objective:
The Registration Assistant assists the MHA Registrars in handling of day-to-day registration detail and procedures and provides prompt, courteous, quality customer service to conference attendees in a manner consistent with Mount Hermon Association, Inc.'s ("MHA") mission, vision and values.
General Qualifications:
The Reservations and Event Services (“RES”) Registration Assistant is a Ministerial position. Ministerial staff render their work, stewardship, relationships and behavior as evidence of being followers of Jesus Christ while embracing and affirming MHA's mission, vision and beliefs. They are responsible for defining, cultivating and leading MHA’s Christian community, conference programs, and retreats.
Key Job Accountabilities:
- Provide prompt courteous service to conference attendees.
- Assist in preparation for upcoming camps and conferences, including handling correspondence, recording payments, housing assignments, reservations, preparing informational packets, and filing.
- Count and document receipts for payment from conference attendees.
- Provide coverage at the RES Office windows, including check-in and check-out procedures, informational services for guests, and coordination with the various departments.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
