As a Service Greeter at Tacoma MINI, you will support the service team by creating a welcoming environment for customers. You will facilitate Loaner Car implementation and fleet monitoring and provide needed service support in various ways. This position is PART TIME with a general schedule of THURSDAY - SATURDAY. Â
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner welcoming them to the dealership.
- Verify customer name and retrieve key to scan, alert the Advisors, tag the keys and vehicle while notifying the customer of which Advisor will be helping them.
- Identify customers that are scheduled for Loaners and gather all pertinent information and open Rental Agreement contract in Hyperdrive and Amp. Perform thorough walk around with customers and sign them out into loaner.
- Safely move customer vehicles to and from the service area, parking lots, and wash bays, park vehicles in assigned areas and hang keys in proper numbered location.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the service drive and parking areas.
- Perform light vehicle automated cleaning and preparation as needed.
- Assist with vehicle delivery to customers after service is complete.
- Monitor and maintain an organized flow of vehicles through the service process.
- Support the service team by retrieving parts, supplies, or tools as required.
- Conduct visual inspections of Loaner vehicles for damage and report any findings to the customer and or Service Manager where applicable, note damage into systems.
- Ensure all keys are properly stored and accounted for.
- Assist the Service team by test driving vehicles for Quality Control miles and alert technicians/advisors if anything out of the ordinary is noticed.
- Go through next day service schedule and alert Advisors on Loaner availability, call customers and remind them of next day appointments and send Hyperdrive link for loaners where applicable.
