We are looking to add Inside Energy Sales Consultants to our growing team in Cahokia, IL! We encourage individuals who have an interest in renewable energy and a commitment to promoting sustainable practices to apply!

Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential customers, providing them with detailed information about our solar products and services
• Conduct virtual consolations to understand customer needs and propose customized solar solutions
• Must attain and maintain 1 close per week.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and developments in the solar industry to provide accurate and relevant advice to customers
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve collective and individual sales targets
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process

Selected candidates will undergo a comprehensive training program to equip them with the necessary skills and knowledge for the role.

Please note that these are onsite positions at our Cahokia, IL location.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers effectively in a remote setting
• Basic technical knowledge of solar systems and products (training will be provided)
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as a part of a team
• Access to a reliable internet connection and a suitable home office setup for remote work
• Candidates must successfully pass initial interview focusing on their sales acumen, motivation, and understanding of the solar industry
• Sales/Direct Sales experience
