Position Overview:
The Store Support role is a hands-on position responsible for assisting with dispatch, order accuracy, warehouse stock support, and general store support. Ideal candidates for this position are dependable, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure on-time and accurate customer deliveries by helping with orders, loading and unloading of delivery cars.
- Properly group delivery routes according to maps to maintain consistent delivery times.
- Receive, stock, and organize incoming inventory using RF scanner
- Pull and prepare customer orders efficiently and accurately.
- Assist with returns, restocking, and general warehouse organization.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth workflow.
- Provide support across departments including dispatch, cashier, and loading operations when needed.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Requirements:
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to read maps and understand delivery zones a plus or willingness to learn.
- Familiarity with warehouse scanning and dispatch equipment preferred.
- General knowledge of the delivery area is a plus.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Must be flexible with work schedule, including E/O Saturdays. Â
