Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Human Resources Generalist to join our team. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and employees, aligning HR strategies with business objectives. You will assist in employee relations, support talent development, and enhance employee engagement and culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise on and ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and internal policies
- Own the payroll process
- Partner with leadership to manage recruitment process for roles at all levels
- Drive employee engagement initiatives
- Work with other HR team members to manage the orientation and onboarding processes
- Manage and resolve employee relations issues in a fair and consistent manner
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR programs, policies, and procedures
