This position is responsible for executing the scheduled audits of UHM’s internal policies, procedures, and other documentation. This role collaborates with UHM’s Technical Writers, department managers, and Subject-Matter-Experts to proofread, edit, and publish internal guides, training manuals, job aids, and other written communications.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the coordination and execution of scheduled audits for UHM’s internal policies, procedures, and other documentation for quality control testing.
- Copyedit and proofread documents received from department managers and subject matter experts.
- Collaborate with document owners to edit job aids, training guides, policies, and procedures for departments throughout UHM.
- Format documents according to UHM’s branding and copyright standards.
- Maintain records for UHM document management process.
- Maintain version control of all internal published documents in accordance with UHM document retention and distribution policies.
- Other duties as assigned to support the training department.
