Our paid year-long job training program lets you develop professional skills that will set you up for success. You will get hands-on experience and training in one or more of the following areas:
Environmental Projects corpsmembers gain natural resource skills by working with land management agencies. This is the place to be if you love working outside and getting your hands dirty in landscaping or infrastructure projects, there’s even the opportunity to learn how to use power tools like chainsaws.
Zero Waste corpsmembers collect and recycle items like tires, mattresses, containers and electronic waste. They also rescue food from local grocery stores, compost food waste and do zero waste outreach. If you’re passionate about the environment and want to reduce the waste in our landfills this position is a great fit.
