WHAT YOU'LL DO: Are you passionate about the entertainment industry? Do you have a knack for troubleshooting and solving technical issues? We are seeking a friendly and skilled Service Technician to join our dynamic team. As a Service Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our entertainment equipment. As a Service Technician you will need to be experienced in equipment maintenance/service, mechanically inclined and willing to work outdoors in inclement weather.Â

Responsibilities
- Performs maintenance services for mobility and locker equipment which will include strollers, wheelchairs, ECV's, lockers, and other allied equipment
- Provide on-site technical support and expertise to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues promptly and efficiently
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on entertainment equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity
- Collaborate with the operations team to identify and implement improvements to enhance the overall customer experience
- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a courteous and professional manner, ensuring a high level of satisfaction
- Assist with the setup, installation, and configuration of new equipment according to specifications and industry standards
- Perform equipment repairs and replacements as needed, following established procedures and safety guidelines
- Maintain accurate records of service tickets, equipment maintenance, and completed tasks
