Description

Responsibilities:  

  • Coordinate and support the company’s sales team and processes. 

  • Support in the development of internal and external presentation materials.  

  • Support event planning and coordination for sales shows and other relevant events. 

  • Manage administrative sales support processes such as new customer set-up, and ad hoc duties as needed. 

  • Coordinate the distribution of product samples to customers. 

Requirements:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing or related field.  

  • 1+ years of experience in a coordinator or assistant role in a CPG company preferred.  

  • Good communication skills and attention to detail with the ability to multitask and manage multiple deadlines.  

  • Highly proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word.  

  • A proactive attitude and willingness to take action to ensure smooth team operations.
