What will you bring to the table?
Education: Master's degree in a human services field
License/certifications:Â LSW/ LCSW or LPC/ LCPC preferred
Experience:Â At least 1 year of experience in behavioral health (Preferred)
Skills:Â Fluent in verbal and written Spanish and English, (Required)
What are the other requirements?
- Complete treatment plan development meetings with clients.
- Provide effective counseling/therapy services to clients in variety of settings (in their home, community, office setting, or by telehealth).
- Obtain input from consumers and other stakeholders on how to improve service provision
- Provide outcome evaluation data to supervisor.
- Maintain a positive professional working relationship with agencies and other stakeholders
- Maintain a positive professional working relationship with coworkers
- Provide documentation to primary staff to assist client in maintaining public entitlements as applicable.
- Assist clients in obtaining/maintaining public entitlements
- Participate in agency committees as assigned
