RESPONSIBILITIES: 

Design Partnership Program: (DPP)

  • Identify and prepare Design Partner in advance of new hire start date
  • Provide overview and guidance to Design Partner and new hire on DPP
  • Track DPP progress and project sharing, Design Partner feedback through surveys, and recommend graduation plan for new hire 

Training

  • Plan training schedule, including shadowing time, onsite/virtual training and follow up
  • Coordinate with New Hire Coordinator on pre-start communication plan with new hire
  • Conduct on-site training with small group of new hires in local showroom

Post-Training

  • Conduct training check-ins with all new hires: review dashboard/reporting, set goals and provide opportunities/action plans 
  • Work directly with Sales Ops team to advise on Chat, Phones and Web Project participation 

Coach

  • Coach on specific product or process areas with only coaching list Design Consultants and Focus Showroom DCs at direction of Regional Sales Director 
  • Review Action lists and Dashboard
  • Coach on communication via email, phone and chat 

New Showrooms 

  • Join pre-turnover calls with showroom operations team
  • Travel to new showrooms during turnover week; ensure proper set up of collateral and supplies, conduct thorough review of product, installation and IT equipment 
  • Partner with Project Manager to oversee completion of all post-construction punch list items
  • Conduct check-in meetings with DC team to review action lists and dashboards 
  • Encourage set up of team responsibilities and regular team meetings 
  • Facilitate neighborhood and local trade outreach 

Escalations

  • Point of contact for escalated customers in area
  • Partner with local DCs on RTS and "saving the sale" where needed

Quote Approval

  • Participate in quote approval as needed during busy periods 

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required
  • 5+ years of successful experience leading, motivating and developing a dynamic sales team
  • Experience using sales tracking software/CRM systems
  • Excellent written, verbal, negotiating and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skillset and follow up skills
  • Window treatment experience, a plus, and interior design knowledge preferred
  • Ability to travel within designated region
