THE POSITION: Territory Sales Manager - Wholesale 

The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for prospecting sales and qualifying leads for new accounts in Southeast Florida.  The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong understanding of the window treatment industry. This role involves building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new sales opportunities, and achieving sales targets. 

WHAT YOU’LL DO 

  • Passion to want to learn and grow 

  • Be a true hunter, naturally curious, results-driven, and eager to bring in new business 

  • Contact and qualify leads - connect with as many leads as possible to encourage the purchase of our product  

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets. 

  • Be the point person for your territory – manage current accounts, stay in close contact, reactivate dormant accounts, create brand awareness within your territory, request referrals, and deliver educational content  

  • Conduct in-person meetings and calls with clients and prospects. 

  • Provide customer support by answering calls, identifying issues, and making suggestions 

  • Prepare regular sales reports for management review. 

WHAT YOU’LL HAVE 

  • BA degree is preferred, but not required 

  • Knowledge of window treatment products and components. 

  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques  

  • Experience with Excel and CRM/ERP software  

  • Understanding of sales performance metrics  

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal 

  • Experience with qualifying leads in a given territory  

  • Experience with CRM platforms to maintain and develop assigned territories  

  • Ability to work in-office, with travel to visit accounts within the region (about 50%)  

  • Demonstrates a sales acumen with a passion and drive to build business  

  • Analytical and reporting skillset
