Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field required.
- PHR or SPHR certification preferred.
- 1-3 Years of HR Experience.
Personal & Professional Skill Set
- Management skills in coaching and performance management.
- Must be a proven leader with the demonstrated ability to build strong client relationships.
- Must be able to deal directly with clients to build consensus, establish trust, communicate effectively and foster cultural change.
- Strong organizational skills are required.
- Must be proficient in the intermediate functions of Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
- Prior experience in facilitating training is preferred.
