- Research and Data Gathering:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
- Gather and analyze data to support marketing strategies and initiatives.
- Project Support:
- Assist with the planning and execution of marketing projects across various channels.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project milestones are met and objectives are achieved.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with different teams within the marketing department to facilitate communication and streamline processes.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for campaigns and initiatives.
- Marketing Ticketing System Management:
- Own and manage the marketing ticketing system, ensuring efficient tracking and resolution of internal requests.
- Serve as the point of contact for team members using the system, providing support and guidance as needed.
- Administrative Support:
- Assist with departmental reporting and documentation, ensuring all materials are accurate and up-to-date.
- Help maintain the marketing calendar and coordinate schedules for team meetings and events.
