Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent. Additional training or certification in food safety, quality assurance, or meat processing is preferred.
- Previous experience in a meat processing facility, quality control, or food safety role is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to detect abnormalities in product quality.
- Good communication skills to interact effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and quality control processes.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment and withstand cold temperatures.
- Problem-solving skills to address issues promptly and effectively.
