Education:
- Must have a high school diploma or GED.
- Must have a valid Driver’s License.
Experience:
- Experience in traffic data collection preferred.
- Shall have basic knowledge of the Windows OS.
- Shall have basic knowledge of the Apple iPad.
- Ability to adapt to changing technologies and learn the functionality of new equipment.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Â
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data validation).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word for document creation and formatting.
- Experience with PDF editing and conversion tools.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Access or similar database applications.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop or comparable image editing software.
- Comfort with structured data workflows and content management systems.
- Proficiency with ArcGIS Pro software preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform quality assurance checks.
- Experience in proposal writing and familiarity with business or technical writing formats preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to shifting project timelines.
- Effective collaboration with field teams, technical staff, and project managers.
- Requires availability during standard business hours and flexibility to support project timelines.
