Requirements

Active student in the Property Management or equivalent program at an accredited 4-year college/university

Completed coursework in affordable housing and property/asset management is required.

Desire to develop strong office and collaboration skills.

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Familiarity with Excel spreadsheets, electronic file systems, and general computer and search skills, a plus.

Must possess an appropriate remote work environment to include a work area free of tripping hazards; adequate lighting, and appropriate work surface to include desk or table and chair. Must have access to reliable broadband internet.
Hours: This 40-hour-per-week internship runs through the Summer 2025 semester, from May to August.
