Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Proficiency in simulation software, (Demo3D, FlexSIM, or similar platforms)
- At least 2 years of professional support experience or similar experience
- Familiarity within a warehousing setting is a plus
- Fluency in both English and Spanish is a plus
