Required Skills/Abilities:
- 5+ years of experience as a Site Superintendent or Project Manager.
- Experience in the material handling industry (e.g., pallet conveyors, case conveyors, gravity flow conveyors, storage rack systems, PLC controls, Warehouse Management Software, and installations) and/or building construction.
- Proven experience in supervising, staffing, and managing teams.
- Expertise in tracking budget expenses, self-development, and project planning.
- Strong understanding of installation drawings and tolerances.
- Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong work ethic and leadership skills.
Desired Qualifications:
- OSHA 30-Hour Certification.
- Ability to understand and speak Spanish is a plus.
- Familiarity with transit use.
Education/Experience:
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree.
Travel Requirements:
- Willingness to travel 75%+ of the time (typically 10–21 days away per trip).
