CarePortal is looking for a passionate Marketing Communications Strategist to join our collaborative and close-knit marketing team. Together, we work each month to create impactful deliverables that align with CarePortal’s brand strategy, mission, and vision. POSITION SUMMARY:
As the Marketing Communications Strategist, you will lead the development of strategic, high-quality content to amplify brand awareness and attract new users to the CarePortal community. This role calls for a versatile communicator skilled in creating internal and external content, supporting marketing initiatives, and utilizing tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Content Creation & Editing:
Serve as the primary content writer for CarePortal, overseeing the entire development process from initial concept and strategy to creation, editing, and proofreading. Develop both internal and external communication strategies, ensuring all content aligns with CarePortal’s brand voice and objectives.

Email Marketing:
Manage CarePortal’s email campaigns via Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including newsletters, templates, and audience segmentation. Analyze performance and optimize strategies for future campaigns.
