Description

The Corporate AP/AR Specialist is responsible for assisting the Corporate Accountant in operations of the company. This includes computing, recording, and verifying financial transactions in the accounting systems and records.

Responsibilities

Transactions

  • Assist with accounts payables making sure are entered and paid in a timely mannerĀ 
  • Review and confirm accounts payable invoices, enter into the accounting system and prepare billing list for reviewĀ 
  • Coordinate payment activities with administrative support, managers, and vendorsĀ 
  • Assist with accounts receivables billing and collection promptlyĀ 
  • Assist with month end processingĀ 
  • Other duties assigned
  • Work cooperatively and professionally with other team members, administrative support, and all managementĀ 
  • Actively participate in team meetings and training activitiesĀ 
  • Perform additional responsibilities and projects as periodically assignedĀ 
  • Follow and maintain policies, practices, and procedures that have a significant impact on the organization.

Qualifications

Skills/Abilities:

  • Associates or minimum of 2 years of work experienceĀ 
  • Currently enrolled in accounting or business administration, or equivalent business coursesĀ Ā 
  • QuickBooks and NetSuite expertise a plusĀ 
  • Strong Oral and written communication skillsĀ 
  • Problem Solving and Analytical thinkingĀ 
  • Strong mathematical skills requiredĀ 
  • Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detailĀ 
  • Excel expertise requiredĀ
