Qualifications:
· Proven experience as a recruiter (agency or in-house); healthcare, education, or corporate recruiting experience preferred
· Strong headhunting and direct sourcing skills; familiarity with Boolean search, networking, and talent mapping
· Knowledge of sourcing techniques, ATS tools, and recruiting platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ZipRecruiter)
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
· Flexibility to work on-call, evenings, or weekends if required
· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (preferred)
