Join IVX Health as an HR Generalist!
Are you an experienced HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, systems-driven environment? IVX Health is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Generalist to support our growing HR operations team. In this role, you’ll manage employee lifecycle changes, maintain critical HR systems, ensure compliance and credentialing processes are rock-solid, and provide first-line HR support to employees across the country.
This hybrid position is based in Brentwood, TN, with initial training conducted fully in-office. After the training period, the role will generally transition to a hybrid schedule of three in-office days per week, with flexibility based on business needs.
What You Will Do
- Drive Employee Lifecycle Processes – Own job, title, supervisor, and status changes in Paycom, ensuring accurate and timely updates by partnering with IT and Payroll.
- Maintain and Administer HR Systems – Serve as the point person for our core HR tools: Paycom, ProviderTrust, MedTrainer, Seismic, and our internal Shop. Track licenses, certifications, and renewals to keep employee records up to date and compliant.
- Support Compliance & Credentialing – Help prepare for audits (OSHA, accreditation boards), track employee health requirements (HIPAA, BLS/PALS, TB tests, Hep B titers), and maintain documentation for clinical staff credentialing.
- Be the First Line of HR Support – Respond to routine employee questions about benefits, policies, and systems, and escalate complex concerns to HR leadership or HRBPs.
- Provide HR Administrative Support – Handle bereavement acknowledgments (flowers, blankets, etc.), assist with onboarding/offboarding when needed, and manage key HR documentation.
- Maintain Policy & Documentation – Keep handbooks and policy documents current, track acknowledgments, and support company-wide policy rollouts.
- Report & Analyze Key Metrics – Run regular and ad hoc reports for headcount, turnover, and diversity tracking. Support DEI initiatives with data and insights.
- Foster a Culture of Recognition – Coordinate employee milestones like birthdays and anniversaries, assist with engagement events, and help track survey participation and follow-up.
What We Are Looking For
- Detail-Oriented and Accurate – You have a sharp eye for data accuracy, especially when juggling multiple systems.
- Systems-Savvy and Excel-Proficient – You’re comfortable navigating HR tech and know your way around spreadsheets.
- Organized & Process-Minded – You love a good checklist and take pride in staying ahead of deadlines.
- Professional and Approachable – You balance positivity with discretion, keeping things both friendly and confidential.
- Self-Starter – You take initiative, own your tasks, and don’t wait to be asked twice.
Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field — or equivalent experience
- 2–3 years of HR experience, preferably in a multi-state or healthcare setting
- Experience with HRIS platforms (Paycom experience preferred)
