We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Intake Coordinator to join our asbestos litigation team. As the first point of contact for individuals and families affected by asbestos exposure, you will play a vital role in gathering essential case details, building trust with potential clients, and ensuring a smooth transition into legal representation. Your ability to handle sensitive health-related information with empathy and accuracy is critical in this role!
Duties:

- Serve as the initial contact for prospective clients via phone, email, and online inquiries.
- Conduct thorough intake interviews to obtain personal, medical, occupational, and exposure-related history.
- Enter and maintain accurate records in the firm’s case management system.
- Communicating with complaint team, marketing manager, and managing partner about the status of potential cases.
- Mailing out Authorizations, intake packets, and letters including the date of diagnosis.
- Scanning in documents received.
- Coordinate with medical records team and paralegals to collect necessary documentation.
- Track intake metrics and provide regular updates to the Intake Manager or legal team.
