Litigation Paralegal

Position: Asbestos Litigation Paralegal

Company: The Halpern Law Firm- we are a growing law firm that specializes in asbestos litigation. We represent individuals previously exposed to asbestos against large companies.

Location: Bryn Mawr, PA

Comp Package: Starting salary of $45,000 based on skills and experience, Bonus, Full Benefits

Responsibilities for Asbestos Paralegal:

· Prepare, file, and serve documents with federal courts electronically

· Communicate with clients and witnesses to schedule meetings, interviews, and depositions

· Processing, drafting, and filing asbestos related documents

· Reviewing and analyzing medical documents

Requirements:

· At least 3 years of related experience, asbestos litigation experience preferred

· Experience in legal department or law firm related to area of practice preferred

· Must be able to effectively prioritize and meet deadlines

· Strong oral and written skills

· Ability to work with all levels of staff
