Job Responsibilities

  • Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for all benefits-related questions and issues
  • Manage the administration of health and welfare plans, including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance
  • Oversee HSA and FSA program administration—including contribution changes, vendor coordination, and employee education
  • Handle all aspects of our 401(k) plan, including enrollments, loan and hardship requests, eligibility tracking, and compliance testing support
  • Partner with payroll to ensure deductions are accurate and timely
  • Support new hire onboarding and open enrollment processes
  • Work closely with vendors and brokers to troubleshoot issues and improve service

  • Keep an eye on changes in laws and regulations to help ensure we're staying compliant and competitive

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in employee benefits administration
  • Solid knowledge of HSA, FSA, and 401(k) plan rules and processes
  • Comfortable navigating vendor systems and working with third-party administrators
  • Strong attention to detail—you catch the small stuff before it becomes a problem
  • Solid understanding of HIPAA, COBRA, ERISA, and other compliance requirements
  • A proactive mindset—you don’t wait to be asked to fix something
  • Professional, approachable, and good under pressure
