Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
- 4-6 years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, healthcare consulting, or similar experience.
- 2–3 years working in healthcare provider-based finance (physician groups, MSOs, ASC operations, or hospital/health system FP&A) preferred.
- Understanding of physician practice management, physician provider reimbursement models/structures a plus
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and ERP/Practice management systems (eCW, Epic, Allscripts, or similar) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, start-up and scaling environment with evolving priorities.
