Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Financial Analyst to join our growing team within a multi-site ENT physician practice MSO. This role will support a designated region of the business, providing financial insights, performance analysis, and strategic support to operational leaders and physician stakeholders. The analyst will also play a key role in provider compensation modeling and administration, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary financial partner for a regional leadership team, delivering actionable insights and performance reporting.
  • Develop and maintain provider compensation models, including productivity-based and incentive structures.
  • Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis to support strategic initiatives, operational improvements, and growth opportunities.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages, including variance analysis and KPI dashboards.
  • Collaborate with operations teams, accounting, BI, internal teams to ensure alignment and data integrity.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting processes for the assigned region.
  • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve financial performance and operational efficiency.
  • Assist in the development of scalable financial tools and processes as the organization expands.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
  • 4-6 years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, healthcare consulting, or similar experience.
  • 2–3 years working in healthcare provider-based finance (physician groups, MSOs, ASC operations, or hospital/health system FP&A) preferred.
  • Understanding of physician practice management, physician provider reimbursement models/structures a plus
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and ERP/Practice management systems (eCW, Epic, Allscripts, or similar) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, start-up and scaling environment with evolving priorities.
