Program Description: 

The Family Healing Center (FHC) is an innovative licensed inpatient 3.5 drug and alcohol facility dedicated to comprehensive addiction treatment and family healing. FHC provides a holistic approach to recovery, offering personalized care for individuals struggling with addiction while actively involving their families in the healing process. 

Through a combination of evidence-based therapies, trauma-informed care, and family support programs, FHC addresses the underlying causes of addiction, promoting emotional and behavioral well-being. Children live on-site with their parent during treatment, allowing families to remain connected and supported throughout the recovery journey. The program empowers individuals to rebuild their lives and strengthens family bonds, fostering a supportive environment for long-term recovery and resilience.

Qualifications

Position Requirements: 

  • Act 33/34 and FBI Clearances 

  • ​​Highschool Graduate/GED​ 

  • Proficient with computers and able to quickly learn and navigate software systems (e.g., Microsoft Office, EHR platforms). 

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. 

  • Able to work independently, take initiative, and problem-solve with minimal supervision. 

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients, staff, and external partners. 

  • The facility operates 24/7, and flexibility to work evenings or weekends may be required. This position typically follows an 8-hour shift, Monday through Friday.
