Fairfield Inn & Suites is looking to hire Breakfast Attendants for the Littleton, CO location. This position will be responsible for stocking food and serviceware and for clearing tables for breakfast buffets in the hotel, continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

Responsibilities:
1. Set up breakfast room as described by housekeeping supervisor and management.
2. Provide prompt and professional service during meal functions.
3. Provide service by helping guests if they ask.
4. Maintain a clean and orderly workstation at all times.
5. Inform supervisor of any problems and/or guest complaints.
6. Assist other employees when needed.
7. Be neat, well groomed, and in proper uniform.
8. Adhere to all company policies as well as brand standards.
9. Set up and break down dinner tables, reception tables, and buffet tables after function.
10. Stock the breakfast room as needed.
11. Put all food away after breakfast in correct packaging and areas.
12. Clean all the tables.
13. Sweep and mop the floor.
14. Wash and put away all the dishes.
15. Move the coffee bar and all items needed to the lobby and fully stock it.
16. Every week prepare an inventory list of breakfast items.
17. Every week receive and put away the breakfast items when they are delivered.
18. Be trained in housekeeping as you will be given guest room duties.
19. Take and complete a course to receive a food service handling card.
20. Performs any other duties as assigned by supervisors.
21. Adheres to all company policies & procedures & brand standards.
