HIGHLIGHTS
As an Operations Supervisor you will provide timely communication to both internal and external customers. You will ensure standard workflows and best practices are implemented across all shifts, act as a backup to the team and department, and effectively manage direct reports by assisting in hiring, training, development, and performance monitoring. You will delegate tasks and responsibilities, conduct leadership rounding to promote workflow changes, drive employee satisfaction, and encourage team collaboration. Additionally, you will provide expert assistance in workflow queues, manage department schedules, approve timecards, oversee time-off requests, and complete annual evaluations.

This position is full time, In Office, with a schedule of Monday to Thursday, 5:30am ā 4pm.

THE ROLE
Job Functions
- Provide timely communication to both internal and external customers
- Oversee the ongoing development of the Operations team members
- Onboard new team members
- Identify and implement standard workflow and best practices across all shifts
- Backup to team and department
- Effectively manage direct reports: assist in the hiring process, training, development and monitoring performance
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities
- Perform leadership rounding on all direct reports to promote workflow changes, drive employee satisfaction and encourage collaboration
- Provide expert assistance in the workflow queues
- Manage department schedules to ensure appropriate coverage
- Approve timecards, ensuring accuracy for bi-weekly pay dates
- Oversee time off requests
- Complete annual evaluations and assist in creating goals in collaboration with upper management
- Work collaboratively with peers and leadership on process improvement projects

Qualifications
- Degree -level education at an ARRT accredited School of Radiologic Technology
- Preferred Certiļ¬cations: Computed Tomography, Magnetic Resonance Imaging, Diagnostic Medical Sonographer, Nuclear Medicine Technologist, Mammographer
- Registered Radiology Technologist
- 2Ā years of Radiologic Technologist experience
- 1- 3 years of supervisory or Team Lead experience
