Description

The Physician Services Administrator is responsible for assisting the Physician Services department, ensuring applications and requests are completed. 

 

Job Functions

  • Compile information for applications
  • Assist with privilege and license applications
  • Assist with follow-up requests
  • Request verifications
  • Obtain fees from accounting to complete submissions
  • Communicate with facilities and state boards for application deficiencies
  • Maintain accurate information, documenting in system
  • Escalate issues to management as necessary
  • Other tasks as assigned
