The Grant Strategy team at Aurora Mental Health & Recovery (AMHR) oversees and coordinates the full life cycle of grants and strategic projects that support the agency's mission. We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Manager with strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills to coordinate projects across AMHR. This role involves working closely with clinical programs, evaluation teams, and other departments to align projects with AMHR's strategic goals. The Project Manager will manage all phases of project implementation, including setting objectives, tracking progress, and ensuring effective communication with stakeholders. The ideal candidate has project management experience, preferably within the healthcare field or with strategic initiatives.

 

Schedule. We offer flexible work arrangements, either a 5 x 8-hour workweek (Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm) or a 4 x 10-hour workweek. Our hybrid model allows for a mix of remote and in-office work, with an expectation of being in the office two days per week and working from home three days. This schedule may be adjusted based on project or training needs. 

 

Essential Functions:

  • Facilitate the capture and prioritization of project requirements
  • Define clear objectives and measurable deliverables
  • Design and maintain communication channels with internal and external stakeholders
  • Lead project planning, scheduling, tracking, and management of goals and milestones
  • Adjust project plans and resources to accommodate evolving needs
  • Develop and maintain technical and project-related documentation

Qualifications

Requirements: 

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required. Associate’s or bachelor’s level degree is preferred.
  • 5-7 years of project management experience is required (with a degree, 3-5 years is acceptable)
  • Preferred Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Master Project Manager (MPM), PRINCE2 Foundation/PRINCE2 Practitioner
  • Previous healthcare industry experience is strongly preferred
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery and product development
  • Strong quality orientation and attention to detail
  • Comprehensive understanding of project management fundamentals
  • Excellent analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to effectively lead projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams

 

Required Vaccination.

AMHR has prioritized the health and safety of our clients and staff and requires all employees to receive an annual influenza (flu) shot prior to their first day of hire. Proof of the flu shot will be required upon your first day of employment. Medical and religious exemptions may be requested.

 

Salary for this role.  

Salary is based on 1.0 FTE (full-time equivalent) or 40 hours per week. Fewer than 40 hours/week will be prorated and adjusted to the appropriate FTE. Salary is also based on years of experience and company equity.  

  • $73,832.21- $110,748.33 per annum
