1. Prepare food items for same day service and some in advance at grill area
2. Assembles food items needed for preparation from refrigerators, freezers, and storerooms.
3. Follows standard recipes and portioning procedures to prepare meats, sides that require preparation and / or cooking items to order
4, Merchandises foods to be serviced in the grill and at specific functions in such a way to make attractive and easily serviced in standardized portions.
7am-3pm / 11am-7pm; Every Other weekend. Part Time: Hours vary
