Summary:
The Administrative Coordinator will coordinate all administrative tasks required by the finance and management offices.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a point of contact and link between employees, internal departments, and external parties, including vendors, lenders, and customers.
- Adeptly uses multi-line telephone system and other communications methods and networks.
- Process billing for open order jobs.
- Closing open order jobs to ensure proper cost is accounted for on the job.
- Generate and maintain financial spreadsheets per the finance department.
- Process payroll in the companys payroll system as well as maintain time & attendance for union employees
- Assist the mechanics in completed their time tickets in the system to ensure proper pay.
- Enter and update information in computer databases.
- Assist the dispatchers upon their absence.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Work Environment & Hazards:
This job operates in a general office environment. This role routinely uses standard office
equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
Special Physical Demands:
This is a sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand, as necessary.
