At Max’s Trumbull Kitchen, we take pride in offering a diverse menu that combines flavors from different cultures with a focus on the influence of Mexican cuisine and agave spirits. Our chefs use high quality, fresh ingredients to create inventive and unique dishes that emphasize intense flavors and satisfying textures, best enjoyed with one of the 100 tequilas offered at the restaurant.
This candidate will be tasked with following established guidelines, procedures, and policies for food and beverage safety controls as prescribed by company standards. He or she will interact with guests and staff in a cordial, efficient, and professional manner. Restaurant Managers are responsible for handling guest issues, deposits and following cash out procedures. In addition, the manager will have authority to QSA items to ensure a world class dining experience. Ability to drive sales, understand Togo orders, third party delivery systems, Toast, and OpenTable are preferred.
Mangers will train other staff, assist in interviewing and hiring staff as needed and be expected to be engaging with our guests while providing a great dining experience. Lead weekly manager meetings, assist the Managing Partner/GM with inventory, reporting and premeal daily meetings.
