JOB ROLE SUMMARY:

This position is responsible for installing access control systems, video surveillance and other electro-mechanical products at commercial businesses.

DUTIES AND ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• •    Work on complex installation projects with limited supervision.  
  •    Preparing for and delivering input on daily toolbox talks, ORMs and Safety Audits.  
  •    Installing and maintaining equipment at both the local and global level per design packages.  
  •    Programming and Installation of head end equipment for Access Control and security cameras.  
  •    Troubleshooting and isolating both access control or security systems and/or hardware at both a local and global level.  
  •     Prepare for inspections, evaluations, and inventory deliveries 
  •    Provide input on daily reports and project progress.  
  •    Communicating project and team member issues/concerns to management  
  •    Provide input on Project schedule.  
  •    Forecast and Manage personal Project Labor Hours  
  •    Communicate effectively with Supervisors and other sub-contractors

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Able to stand for extended periods of time.
• Able to lift up to 80lbs.
• Ability to work in various weather elements.
• Ability to use various hand tools
• Able to communicate in a friendly and professional manner to customers and team members.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with Management, co-workers and customers.
