This individual will play a key role in attracting top talent, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring our newly hired talent remains engaged and happy.
The Talent Acquisition and Retention Specialist will work with Showroom Leadership to develop and implement retention strategies. The ideal candidate will have worked in a environment that was fast-paced and high-volume. This position requires traveling between multiple locations in Virginia and is a 100% onsite position.Â

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to improve new hire retention, satisfaction, and engagement.
- Conduct regular check-ins with new employees to assess job satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with HR and management teams to create programs that promote new employee recognition and growth.
- Analyze employee feedback and retention data to recommend and implement improvements.
- Assist in creating a positive company culture
- Screen resumes and applications, schedule interviews, assist in coordination of hiring events and career fairs, maintain ATS and pipeline of candidates
